For independent agents & small ISOs

You close the deal.
We get them processing.

The voided check. The application. The sponsor portal, gateway, and first transaction. Then the 9pm “how do I refund this” text. Your Guide is an always-on AI account manager that takes care of everything after the signature.

Starts with a Thread access request. We’ll help you connect your sponsor.

Your book. A Guide on every account.Illustrative accounts & activity

Fern & Field · Illustrative account

One conversation, through the first payment.

  1. Text · Your Guide

“You’re approved. Want to finish connecting payments to your invoicing tool?”

Merchant: “Yes. I got stuck at the gateway login.”

  2. Sidekick · Shared browser session

    Gateway connected. Invoicing ready.

The merchant signs in and approves the connection. Sidekick finishes the settings and walks them through taking a first payment.

  3. ✓ First payment · Verified

“Fern & Field is live. Their first payment is recorded.”

Checked against the sponsor’s processing record. Confirmation sent to you.

The conversation, setup, and first-payment check stay with the account.Illustrative example

Your week is
selling again.

Every merchant you sign gets a Guide that finishes setup, works through blockers, and stays with them to the first payment — then keeps answering their questions so you don’t have to. It follows up by text, email, and phone, submits the application, watches underwriting, and uses Runbooks for the back-office work.

You sell. Your Guide follows through.

After the signature,
it’s handled.

From chasing the bank letter to setting up the terminal, your Guide keeps the next step moving.

01

Find the stalled ones.

Every approved merchant who hasn’t processed, including the ones already on your book. Your Guide gets in touch, finds the blocker, and follows up until there’s a next step.

02

Finish setup for them.

Sidekick works in the sponsor portal, gateway, and the merchant’s invoicing or field-service tool. The merchant handles sign-in, consent, and anything sensitive.

03

Tell you when they’re live.

Thread checks the sponsor’s processing record and confirms the first payment. Then it stays on the account for the “how do I” questions.

Your existing book comes first

Start with the merchants
you already signed.

Approved but never processed. Processed for a while, then stopped. You already did the selling. Your Guide starts with that list: reaches out, works through what stalled, and helps each merchant get back to taking payments.

The first work is already in your book. The first result comes back to you when the processing record confirms it.

What stays yours

Your book.
Your business.

Thread is your back office. It is not an ISO or sponsor, a CRM, or a lead-generation tool.

Your sponsor
Keep the processing relationship you already have.
Your paper
The merchant still signs your sponsor’s application and agreement.
Your residuals
You keep every residual. Thread charges the prices below.
Your merchant relationship
You’re still their agent. Your Guide takes care of the work after the sale.

Owner identity, ID, bank details, the bank letter, and the voided check go through the sponsor’s hosted application or a secure link the merchant completes themselves. Neither you nor an AI agent types in sensitive information.
