Program overview
Thread sends operational SMS and places voice calls to prospects during live, one-to-one product demonstrations. Messages are sent only after the prospect verbally provides their mobile number and consents in real time during the demo. This is not a marketing program.
How consent is captured (verbal opt-in)
During a live demo, a Thread representative asks the prospect for their mobile number and states the following script. The prospect verbally agrees before any message is sent.

You'll receive demo messages and a call from Thread. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.' The prospect verbally agrees before any message is sent.
